Exotic colors are easy to find. You can find neon blue,green,yellow,pink,purple and orange at Target,Walmart, CVS, Wallgreens, and Dollar General. Those colors come in lipstick,eyeshadow, and eyeliner.. hope i helped :)
Okay they sell cheap ones at hot topic. i but lots of it there.





there are some drugstore brands, like loreal's HIP. its really good. it almost as good as MAC. u should try it, ull love it!





Just go to any drustore, or other places like target or walmart and look aroun. theres are really good brands with colors like that.
Well, I'm sure at Rite Aid or CVS has it, for like 6,7,8 bucks. But at sephora, or at nordstroms you can find it in better quality. hope i helped! =]
