How can i buy make up?

i only have like 13 dollars. i need some mascara and maybe some lip gloss. i also want to get my eyebrows done.

do your own usebrows, pluck them yourself with tweezers or get a friend to do them, my mum does mine and it looks like they have been done professionaly


also you could buy a cheaper alternative to lipgloss, such as Vaseline, still give your lips a slight shine and leaves them feeling soft, then you could probably get a cheap mascara with the money you have left..


a lot of magazines, sometimes you can get free mascaras in, so you could look out for these too....How can i buy make up?

nordstrums always have those make up stands and sell stuff on ebay or like look on the ground for change. thats what i always used to do if i wanted to play in the arcade when i was littler

you wont be able to get all three with only 13 dollars but id suggest getting a cheap mascara and lipgloss, to take away the attention from your eyebrows, then when you have more money.. get your eyebrows done. (:
you can get mascara and lip gloss but you can't get your eyebrows done, maybe you could buy tweezers and fix them up just for time being.
