The cheapest makeup you can buy is at the grocery store or you could go to a dollar store for really cheap, but it may not be as nice. Worth a try though. The best mascara is Maybelline Great Lash. I believe it is about 5 dollars.

oh there is this great blush that i love from there!!!!! its called posie tint! and posie tint is liquid but u rub it on ur cheeks and it stays on for a while. but if u do buy it try applying it onto ur finger first then rubbing it onto ur cheek not ur cheek first because then it smudges. also there is foundation they have that makes ur skin look great called that gal. its so great and adds a shine! i hope this helps!

I have to be careful on what I use because my skin is very sensitive. What make-up is really good for sensitive skin, that I won't be allergic to? and where can I buy it?

Each product has a different ingredient list and you won't know for 100% that you will be OK with it until you test an area of your arm with it and wait 24 hours to make sure you don't break out.
For you, I would recommend going to a high end department store and have a make up person do your ';Color Pallet'; and then take each product she recommends and have her put a dab/smear of it on your arm.
Have her write down each product name and number them by the order on your arm.
Then, the next day or two, you can wash them off, check for irritation, then go back and buy the products that didn't mess with you.
No matter how big the letters ';Hypoallergenic'; are written on a box, it doesn't mean crap since every single person is different and something that doesn't bother ME in the slightest could potentially KILL you and vice versa so don't go on what the company claims...
Unless it sits on your skin and you know for sure... Don't waste your money.
To choose the right products for the cost, look in to a book called ';Don't go to the make up counter without me';.
It is written by an insider in to the cosmetics industry and tells you what products are all made by the same company, with the same ingredients, but for half the price...
Then you can guarantee quality without having to spend twice as much.
Like... Clinique is made by the same company as... Damn... I can't remember off hand but Clinique is the SAME EXACT PRODUCT for half the price, in a different box.

Sure if you want to wear it. For your age it's best to have your makeup look as natural as possible, keep it simple. Also a good thing to do since you haven't worn makeup before would be to stop at one of the cosmetic counters in a department store and have them show you how to apply it, and give you some tips on what eye shadow colors and such would look good on you. That way you'll know how much of something you'll need to apply and how to blend different shades of color properly.
i started wearing cover up in the eigth grade, and now i wear eyeliner and im going to be a freshman. some people just don't need that much make-up.
people look horrible with too much make-up so don't over do it, and keep it light.
and i have always worn lip gloss, i love it!
you might also want to try silver eye shadow, it looks great.

I would get light pinks, purples, blues, and creams to wear and then a thin line of eye liner(Victoria's secret has great liquid eyeliner!) and then mascara on the toop and bottem lashes. If you have a locker then I would put just put lip gloss in your locker or carry it around in your backpack. GOOD LUCK!red hair

Yes, just go up a shade or two. You may also want to buy a bronzer, and a slightly darker shade of blush too. What I do sometimes is mix together my light foundation and a darker shade of foundation, and it matches my skin better that way as I get darker and darker from tanning. But if you're going to do that make sure you buy the same brands!

i'm 25 and for years i've been using Dior Skinflash foundation. It works as a spray, so the texture is very soft and gives you a very natural perfect look and silk feel. If you choose your right color, you will look stunning and people will not notice your wearing any make-up.
If you want to skip foundations, I sometimes only use: Dior Poudre Livre skin powder. The best powder out there that lives a smooth finish to your skin.
As a blush, i've always sticked to Dandelion by Benefit. Simply GORGEOUS!
I like, as an eyeliner, Stila's smudge pots. They're very fun to use, they come in different colors and are creamy and water resistant
As a mascara, my choice is Helena Rubinstein. My short eyelashes look veeery long and sexy with this.
And as a gloss (i've tried them all) I like Chanel's Levres Scintillantes and Dior Addict Ultra Gloss Reflect. Stila's Lip Glazes are also fun to use (the smell, the taste) but don't last as long as the ones mentioned before.

It hids the blemishes because it is the opposite colour to the red/pink, which turns the skin back to neutral.
If the blemishes are brown/purple, then a yellow concealer works the same way.

How can i buy make up?
i only have like 13 dollars. i need some mascara and maybe some lip gloss. i also want to get my eyebrows done.

You can try but it's not at all the same as applying to skin. Plastic is not porous, it does not have spots, dark circles, lines and other imperfections you find on a human face. You also don't get practice working with different eye, lip and overall face shapes, different skin tones, eye colour, etc

You can get them but - The only thing with practicing make up on a practice head is that in all honesty it will be difficult to get any real idea of how the colours will blend together,for example the eyes.
The plastic and skin are very different and personally I think it would be far more practical to practice on real people or even yourself!
When I did my training at college we had to do several case studies then place the colours we had used onto a face drawn on paper,as I blended the colours together it gave a totally different result than that of when applied to a real face.
I think these dummy heads are good maybe for hair and even learning face painting techniques but for make-up,which involves a lot of blending I dont think it's very worthwhile.This is just my personal opinion though for what it's worth.
I think you would be best practising on yourself.

There are a few reasons why I don't really buy cheap make-up, but that doesn't mean say that I wouldn't buy cheap make up at all.
I usually buy the more expensive make-up because: it lasts longer (you can wear it longer during the day without having to re-apply), it's more sensitive on the skin and you are less likely to come across harsh chemicals.
On the other hand, some products are just as good but more cost effective. I wouldn't advise you to buy a product just because it's expensive, but make sure you know what you are putting on your skin. There are chemicals that can cause the skin to irritate (at the very least).
You'll also notice in the more expensive products the coverage and the consistency is more rich and has a nicer texture. So sometimes it is worth investing in good make up i.e. Lancome, Molten Brown, Pupa, etc. As opposed to the value products i.e. Argos etc, because in the long run it's cheaper and healthier.

If you want some bargainous make up go up to the Barry M (BRILLIANT PIGMENT!! %26amp; colour), Collection 2000 (pretty amazing), Rimmel, Contance Carroll (its in markets %26amp; is fine for nail varnishes), Gallery (same as Constance Carroll), Bourjois (top end budget buy but very good quality!), Beauty UK (in superdrug, its cheap but nice!), Miss Sporty (fine for lippies %26amp; one of their mascaras always gets good reviews!), W7 (in Tj Hughes %26amp; Ethel Austin) %26amp; there's many more really.
It's gonna be fine for your skin %26amp; will carry the same risks as high end stuff so don't worry about it. If you do have an allergy then you will have a pallette you can't use though!

to be honest i only use rimmel london products and i am happy with buying expensie make up because the result is really good. the concequences can be really bad that can lead up to spots... annd darker skin if its really bad quality and always take ur make up of with a good make product for make up remover because it deals with ur skin a lot more softer and delicatelly

I had some MAC foundation and it looked like crap, I tried some drugstore foundation and it dried out my skin, I went to BareMinerals and it made my face burn. So I have decided to not wear foundation and just wear a tinted moisturizer since I have clear skin. Like I said hit n miss. I have some Maybeline Waterproof Mascara which I looove even more than my Too faced mascara that was 20 bucks. I love my Revlon color stay eye liner and cant live without my MAC bronzer and blush :o)

Hi I love the boots natural collection, everything is not over 拢2 I dont recommend the foundation, as I find it too dark as I have pale skin but the eye shadows are great and last all day, the mascara especailly the waterproof one, and the lippy is great too, for the price, dont buy anything thats cheap from places like superdrug or body care as its full or rubbish and will bring your face and eyes out in a rash, as it is just cheap where as boots is cheap money wise but good qualitiy and is for sensitive skin.
The only thing that would cost you quite a bit is fondation I recommend rimmerl or seamless by maybelline for the first time use.

Unopened makeup is only good for so long, opened makeup is only good for one to two years depending on what it is. Liquids like foundation and concealer and mascara are only good for 6 months to a year. Powders last longer such as eye shadows, blushes, powder foundations, etc.
So you really need to worry about buying products with expiration dates on ebay.
As far as makeup goes, you have to experiment. You will find that a certain brand will make you break out or just stinks or is too watery or wears off too quick. Makeup works with your skin's chemistry, we cannot tell you what brands to buy, you can only discover this for yourself.
I can offer you tips on colors tho. Darker colors make things look smaller. Lighter colors make things seem bigger. Eyeliner also (even tho it's dark) makes the eyes seem bigger but don't apply it too thick, apply it thin so it looks more natural.
