Personally I like rimmel and I buy it from boots.
Avon has some really good stuff in, a bit expensive but sometimes can buy one get one free.
I'd say for younger skin, such as teenagers - miss sporty from superdrug, as it will help your skin more than you think, because sometimes, brands like rimmel and mac, are made for older skin, not teenagers :].

Although it might be a bit unnerving at first if you're intent on covering things up you might want to try just a bit of liquid liner or coverup. Just as an experiment you could go to your local pharmacy and pick out a color that matchs your skin tone. Buy the smallest one you can find and just try a dab here or there, spreading evenly over the area.
Now keep in mind it might take a bit to get the coloring right, and application can be tricky...less is more. Once you find one that works, if you decide to stick with it, you'll also probably want to get some clear powder and just put a little dab on thea area, just to help prevent smudging during the day, etc.
Make-up is make-up, though it might be in a section of the store that's aimed at women, cover-up can be used by anybody. Just make sure the skin-tone is a match and don't over do it, otherwise you'll look like a doll.

It is there maximum coverage fondation. it is for face and body. I personnally use it for rednness. Let me just tell you there is nooooooooooooo other product that can even slightly compare. it covers completly and does not COME OFF OR EVEN SWEET OFF. So try it out. make sure you don't get there foundation from a jar this comes from a blue tube.
